PIXMA TS9120 driver won't install on ARM-based Windows 11 Surface

I have the same question as mahastew, except that I have a new Windows 11 Surface laptop, which is ARM-based. I have downloaded the PIXMA TS9120 driver, but it will not install. I paid for Canon support yesterday, which told me that "something is blocking it." Is there a specific ARM driver for TS9120? Canon's website says the TS9120 is ARM compatible. I don't have antivirus on the laptop yet, since it is so new, so that's not the explanation.

Hi jharkins,

Your question is much different than the one you referenced, as that particular user is using a Mac and you are using Windows.

The PIXMA TS9120 can be used with a Surface laptop using an ARM processor.

The driver is supplied by Microsoft, and can be installed using the "Add device" button in Control Panel.

Information regarding installing can be found here:

Windows 10 / Windows 11 on ARM-Based Computers (support.canon.com)

Install a printer in Windows (support.microsoft.com)
