Can't get Mx492 to print from a gateway laptop but it will print from my cell and tablet.

Everything is set up, installed, ready to go for the Canon MX492.  I can print from the tablet and my phone but when I try and print from the laptop I get a printer error.  I'm not sure what to do from here.  Any ideas?

Oh, sorry!  It's Windows 7.  The odd thing is when I restarted the laptop, the items in the queue printed.
