Hello, I’m currently trying print a few things out and I can’t find the Model info anywhere. I checked the front and all sides of it and I just can’t find it. If anybody could help me, thank you.

Do you perhaps have the Pixma MP280?  Note that it has been since retired, so support is no longer avaiable.  See the note atop its Product Info page.

Thanks for joining the conversation, ThePrinter4!  To confirm what Ricky said, the only PIXMA printer Canon USA has released that includes the number 280 in its name is the PIXMA MP280.  That's an older model which has indeed been retired.  While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!

You can also speak with a Canon Upgrade Program specialist to help you score a modern replacement that would meet your current needs at a discount. You can reach them weekdays and Saturdays at 1-866-443-8002.

Hope this helps!
