Can not print from e-mails but can print files with my new MX922 printer

Just bought  from Canon a model MX922. It won't print e-mails but will print files. Anyone know how to correct this? I am using Windows 10.

I have been talking with them. Very good information. I found out that I have to go in the e-mail system and manually tell it not to use the old printer or any other program to print but to use the MX922. I did this and it now prints e-mails. Now will have to figure out why it doesn't print other things. Some files it does and others it doesn't. Probalby the same problem. I get a code 15 and a code 30. I'm sure I will be able to figure it out in time. Thanks for your help Canon.
