CANON iP2770 My printer only prints blue and shades of pink

I already did a lot of deep cleaning, nozzle checks and print head alignment but still it only prints blue shades of pink. I run troubleshooting through my pc and it says that the usb port is not compatible with 3.0. I already opened the catridge and cleaned it maually. Everything is good inside the carti=ridge. What happened? Any suggestion what to do?
