Whenever I try to print a document it seems it skips parts of it, or prints very faded. How do i fix this ???
The ink is brand new - full cartridges

I connect via USB to the printer, and I use Windows

Hi 718films,
Please print a test from from your PIXMA TS5120:
1. Press the HOME button on the front of your PIXMA TS5120
2. Use the arrow keys to select the gear icon at the bottom of the printer's display and then press OK
3. Select Maintenance and press OK
4. Select Print nozzle check pattern and press OK
5. Select Yes and press OK
Does your test page print like the example below:
