I have pixima 6540 not printing black, tried every thing no use. I just purchased pixma g2400, new printer same issue no black. why? how can I fix. I tried printing from different PC's on same printers, no black
Your post is not clear. Could you confirm your printer model numbers, might you have an imageCLASS MF6540 and a PIXMA MG2420? The model numbers should be near the display or on the front of the printers. Keep in mind that the imageCLASS is a laser printer and uses a toner cartridge while the PIXMA is an inkjet printer and uses two ink cartridges (one black and one color).
