Black Ink not printing on Canon MX860

I need urgent help!!

 

So all the other inks are working just fine, except the black ink isnt printing at all.

I've run a deep cleaning twice now, and nothing. The row on the test print page in which the black ink is supposed to be on appears blank. I've switched out the black in cartridge with another one and nothing changes.

 

Let me know if I should provide more info, I really need to get this fixed soon.
