Band across image iP8720

My iP8720 had been working flawlessly but just started printing a band across the left side of the images, always in the same place. I've cleaned and aligned the print heads, tired different papers and images and the problem persists. Anyone have an idea what's wrong and how to fix it?

Hi rex_scofield,

Are you using your PIXMA iP8720 wirelessly?  If so, can you try printing an image from a mobile device like a cell phone?  If you can perform this, please download and install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app from the app store on that device and then use that app to print an image with your PIXMA iP8720.

Also, please attempt a print using plain paper.  Does the band appear then using plain paper?
