8 x 10 glossy photo paper availability

Hello

I've purchased Canon  Photo Paper Plus Glossy II  size  4 x 6 and I've purchased Canon Photo Paper Plus Glossy II  size  5 x 7.  Looking for the comparable 8 x 10 size Photo Paper. I can't find it.  Only the semi gloss version is available. Why is that?  If I get the semi gloss version would I be able to tell the difference? Would I be disappointed?  What is everybody else using for 8 x 10 photos?

Also wasn't able to find Canon 8 X 10 in glossy-only semi gloss.  Ended up printing 8 X 10 on 8 1/2 X 11 and cutting to size.
