Windows 10. Cannon PowerShotA2500. Some time back zoombrowser stopped running automatically when I plugged in my camera so I'd use 'acquire and camera settings' in zoombrowser to see and load my pictures. Today zoombrowser claims the camera is not connected. The camera shows up in windows explorer and I can see the pictures in the camera through explorer.
Any ideas? I'm not a techie so simple language would be preferable.
