I can no longer connect my 5DMIV to my galaxy s20 smartphone. I've tried clearing thr settings on the camera, and I have reinstalled the Canon connect software on my phone. I'm very discouraged.
I can no longer use my phone as a remote shutter. When I open the app on my phone, I'm always stuck on a login screen.
I appreciate any help!!

Do you get an error message when you try to log in? Have you recently updated any firmware or software?
