Does Canon have software for stitching photos. I've found 3rd party vendors like Pandora and Hugin but I was hoping Canon had something to use.

I prefer hugin. It seems to me that hugin works best if I export 16 bit tiff files from Canon DPP. Before exporting, I have Canon DPP set white balance and set digital lens optimizer and noise reduction. I either disable or reduce to a minimum unsharp mask.
I prefer Canon DPP for focus stacking (depth compositing).
