SX740 HS no longer connects to Canon Connect

Since an upgrade to the ap the camera no longer connects.  This is super important as I need to access high level roof photos remotely

I am now getting Err 11

Due to security enhancements, a firmware update will be required to continue to access the image.canon service. Learn more here: https://canon.us/43z0AbZ 

Not sure how that helps.  The SX740 HS is not on the lists needing a firmware update and my issue is with using The Canon Connect App, not the image Canon service.

Delete the connection info in the camera and the app. Then set up the connection again. See if that helps.
