SX420 IS firmware menu option missing - Trying to apply 1.1 for Web Upload Error Detected Fix

Format SD Card, copy SX420110.FI2 to root, power on camera, press Play, Press Menu, scroll down to Firm Update... and there is no Firm Update.  Suggestions?

Put the camera in P mode and see if firmware update show up in the menu.

Power On, Press [Auto] Repeatedly to enter "P Mode" next follow the Play button "No Images" and Menu, Arrow to Firm Update.  Success Firm Update exists now.  Thanks 5DIV!
