Rebel t6 not popping up on EOS Utility Pro

I have downloaded the latest version of the EOS Utility Pro Software for my MacBook Pro but when I try to plug my camera into my laptop, it still doesn't come up on the software. How do I fix this?

I am not familiar with a “EOS Utility Pro.”  Canon has released EOS Utility 3 and EOS Webcam Utility 2,1.  Which one are you trying to use?

What is the OS of your computer?

Have you tried different USB cables and/or port on the computer?
