Camera suddenly won't connect to computer via wifi. Just keeps flashing "Busy". Go to computer settings, camera not connected. Have followed online videos, nothing. It does show the computer, but when go to connect, just keeps searching and can't connect. Did get a new router recently, but ATT says it's same network address and PW, so any device should see no difference. Have restarted computer and camera.

I would suggest to start with resetting the camera wireless settings to factory default and re-establishing the connection to the computer since you have a new router. This reset is found in the Tools menu under Wireless settings. Select Reset settings there. If you would like to have someone walk through that with you, you can contact support over the phone.
