Hello -
I'm a Yearbook Adviser for a public high school in Southeast Michigan. We use Canons to shoot all our yearbook pictures and love that they're so user-friendly. The problem is our cameras are so outdated that firmware updates won't take, and we're struggling with only six cameras for a staff of 48. Does Canon have a program to supply refurbished cameras for educational use? Our yearbook program is student-run, and we'd love to partner with Canon!
Does anyone have/know of a person I can reach out to at Canon?
Sincerely a desperate teacher,
Jen Lhota

In addition to what Danny requested above, what aren't the cameras doing to fulfill your requirements? Are all the cameras affected?

To pile onto BurnUnit, if the cameras are working fine, there is no need to update the firmware. Did you brick them trying to do a firmware update?
