Neither EOS Utility 2 or 3 are working on MacOS 15.1 Sequoia.  Why can they not fix this?     CANON, you here us???  NOT Apples fault.

Apple released 15.1 updates to fix the bugs.  Apple released 15.2 a week ago.  It, too, seems to have bugs.  Good luck.

I don't  use EOSU2, but EOSU3 and Sequoia 15.2 works for me.

Thanks.

Do you suggest completely removing the Canon apps, and then reinstalling them after the OS updates are completed?

Hi.

I didn't do any uninstalls. But some folks report that that works when they have issues. It's a step that never results in problems.

I installed download from the macOS 14 page; the software is not listed on the macOS 15 page. There is some strangeness on the page. The .41 version is listed as a later date than the .5 version (which would normally considered to be newer).

When I download and installed the .5 version the installer reported that EOSU3 was already installed and when I checked it was still the .41 version.

Thanks!

I have heard that it is a best practice when you upgrade apps to make certain that all previous versions are removed.  Otherwise, the versions pile up on top of each other until none of them work.
