Image.Canon Problem with Adobe Lightroom.

Hi. I connected the image.canon with the adobe lightroom but its not activated because it says it doesnt have the the necessary plan for use the Adobe Lightroom. I have the plan, i am using the adobe lightroom but idk why it doesnt recognize my plan. Its connected but "its not activated" in the Image.Canon. I'm from Brasil.
Maybe its a bug, idk. How can i report this properly to canon?
