I have a registered Powershot ELPH 110HS, and have been trying unsuccessfully to access the Image Gateway website. I sign into my account, click on the CIG icon, enter my user name and password, and then it tells me I'm unable to access the site - to check firewalls, network connections, etc. All of which are fine. Canon suggested I update JAVA and Adobe Flash Player, which I've done to no avail. And I'm getting the same results whether using my home desktop or work laptop! Any suggestions?

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to access our site.
This sounds like an issue that you may be able to clear up with the Compatibility view, if you're using Windows 7 and Internet Explorer.
If this is the case, go to the site, then click on "Tools", then "Compatibility View Settings". On the next screen, click on the "Add" button. Click "OK", then refresh your browser.
