Hi~ Since there is only a Windows exe file to update the firmware, how does one update the firmware on their R6 Mark II? I downloaded the file per instructed by the support team, but my computer can't run it so now what???

The file is also available for macOS, you just have to tell the site you're using macOS Ventura (even if you're not):

kreynolds821,
Greetings. Please be aware, inserting yourself into someone else's topic which has already been marked solved makes it difficult for others searching for solutions.
We are happy to assist you, but for your benefit and other's its best to start a new topic, your own, so that support and assistance for your (specific) device, OS and issue can be addressed. You are also not able to mark a reply as a solution in a thread started by another user. Thanks for your understanding 😃
Yes, the .FIR file is the firmware you copy to the root of your SD Card. Please review the upgrade instructions Stephen referenced. If you continue to experience issues, please start a new topic. We'd be happy to help start to finish. 🙂
