I am having this issue with filtering my photos in DPP. When i open a folder with photos and turn the filter on, no specific criteria for filtering are show in the UI. For example when i choose "Rating", the only option is "All" even tho there are different ratings across the photos. Same for literally any other criteria, I cannot specify what I want to filter. Additionally, even when i choose "All", all of the photos are filtered out, displaying none.
This happens even in different directories. All the photos in the folder are .JPEG and .CR3 imported straight from the camera using USB cable.
I have tried repairing and reinstalling the app, which did not help. I am using windows 11.

I was unable to duplicate this on Windows 11. I can filter by date, camera uses and lens.
First, make sure your OS Is fully updated. Second make sure you've downloaded the latest version of DPP and EOS (I mention the latter as there was a vulnerability reported recently and everyone needs to update if they have not done so).
Please report back your DPP4 version # and last Windows 11 system updates. I had updates on 6/10 and 6/25 for Windows 11 and am running DPP4 Version 4.21.30.0.

The latest Windows 11 patch should be 2026-06 Preview Update (KB5095093) (26200.8737).
Once everything is updated, please reboot and see if the problem persists.
