EOS Utility download link not found & CF card pics only visible on EOS 5D Mark IV

So originally I downloaded EOS Utility from the Canon website for the wrong version of my mac.  My 5D mark IV was not connecting wirelessly to EOS Utility so I figured it may be because I downloaded the wrong version for my mac software.  I deleted the Canon Utilities folder and the installer.  When I went to redownload EOS utility from the same canon website but selected for the right version of my mac  the download link does not appear for EOS Utility.  I figured it was maybe because it was still in my junk so I cleared the folder and downloader from the first time I installed incorrectly. I assumed it would be easy to go back and re download it but as mentioned above it does not appear when I have searched my camera and put in the right computer and operating system.  Can any one help me locate this? or have had a similar problem?

I normally insert my card to the computer to import my photos but during my photoshoot the images were not saved to my sd card but were saved to my back up compact flash card.  When i attach my compact flash to my computer it does not show up.  But when the CF card is in my camera I can see the images from the photoshoot that only recorded to that card.  That is why I am trying to connect the camera to my computer wirelessly via EOS Utility.  End of the day everything is not going right and I am in seek of help!

All help is appreciated and thank in advance!

Cheers

Greetings,

Great description of your problem, but you didn't tell us what version of Mac OS you have?

The latest version of the EOS Utility is 3.18.11

I don't think I saw that on the USA website, but it's available on some of the international sites.

3.18.5 is available in the USA website.  The only change was the addition of the R5 mkII

Changes for EOS Utility 3.18.11 for macOS :
- Supports EOS R5 Mark II.

Changes for EOS Utility 3.18.5 for macOS :
- Supports RF-S3.9mm F3.5 STM DUAL FISHEYE.

Changes in EOS Utility 3.18.0 for macOS :
- Supports Power Zoom Adapter PZ-E2.
- EOS R3 requires firmware v1.7.1 or later.
- EOS R5 requires firmware v2.0.0 or later.

There's no official version available for download under OSX 15 Sequoia.  The download for Sonoma will probably work.

With the recent release of the R1,  there may be another update coming soon.
