Hello, Thank you for taking the time to read this post. I have a Canon M50 mk2 that I use for YouTube content creation. I noticed that when I am using the Canon Connect app on my ipad the wireless audio from my DJI mic is disrupted. The audio is broken and has a lot of interference. The DJI mic works fine when I turn off wifi on the Canon M50. Has anyone else experienced this issue and do you have any suggestions for overcoming it? I really miss not being able to use the App. Thanks again. Mark

Mark,
I could be wrong, but I think you can only have one wi-fi connection going at a time on your camera.

Sorry I did a poor job describing the setup. A DJI transmitter is on the person talking (i.e. lavalier mic) and sends the audio on a 2.4GHz channel to the DJI receiver mounted on you Canon camera. The DJI receiver sends the audio to the Canon camera on a short TRS cable going from the DJI to the Canon external mic port. From what I understand (could be wrong) the Canon Connect App connects via a 2.4Ghz wifi signal to your phone, or in my case an iPad. That signal (Canon Connect app on the iPad ) is sent to the Canon camera, which is video of what the Canon is capturing as well as control of the camera (i.e. start/stop recording). Both signals are using 2.4GHz, but potentially different channels on that frequency. In my case the iPad/Canon Connect app signal sent to the Canon camera is interfering with the audio signal sent between the two DJI components (transmitter/receiver). Lots of devices use 2.4Ghz signal. Such as wireless phones, printers, routers, etc. Some can use 5.0Ghz. But I think each device gets a separate channel.
Bottomline, I frequently get audio interference using the DJI wireless mics when controlling my camera via the Canon Connect app. Wondering if anybody else out there has similar issues or someone can recommend a work around.
