I received an EOS 6D for Christmas. I know this is an older camera, but it has GPS and WIFI. The manuals are 10+ years old. They reference software that I believe is no longer supported, like 'ImageBrowser EX'. I cannot find this software download. It contains a MAP utility for the GPS function.
Is there newer software that does the same functions?
Thanks!

Welcome.
The latest software and information for your camera is here:
Canon Support for EOS 6D | Canon U.S.A., Inc.
If you select the W7 OS option you can download a digital version of the original CD that came with the camera.

You can use the EOS Utility to download the GPS data associated with each image file. But the GPS must be enabled and connected when you perform the download using the EOS Utility.

Thanks. I downloaded the EOS Utility... Another question. Once I turn on the GPS and turn the logger on, I believe it should log my route (even when not taking pictures). How do I get this file off the camera?
Thank you!

I’ve found you can use GPS Visualizer to view the GPS log file…
