I have an EOS 10D camera but it still has the original firmware and I only just realized so I need help updating the firmware.

Is there something in the newer firmware versions that you need? Otherwise, you can skip updating.
Although I don't see any firmware available at the Product Page. Even when selecting both macOS and Windows and trying different operating system versions. Thus, it could be that no firmware exists at all.
