I have a EOS R3. I have been using DPP4 to edit. Somehow I got my DPP4 settings so messed up (and could not after two hours figure out how to restore them) that I uninstalled the app so I could reinstall and start over. Now I can't figure out how to install it again and I've been all over this website. Can someone help me please? Thank you

Use this website link to the software/drivers page of the Canon USA site to download and reinstall your software. You will need your camera serial number for the initial DPP download, it is on your camera and also on your warranty card: https://www.usa.canon.com/support/software-and-drivers?srsltid=AfmBOorJcYIZ6N_RCodtzK5SjGyeGV5kLP6PK...

Just for general information Canon has created a consolidated/updated applications portal. When the page loads it recognizes your OS and loads the appropriate applications. There is also a prompt for your camera model. I thought it would be good to throw this out there as a Canon tech pointed me to it and walked me through the prompts to assist other members. It's a great page, all the applications located on a single page and very intuitive.
