I am using DPP Version 4.19.10.0 (I am a longtime DPP user) on a Mac running OS 15.0.1 (24A348). When I quit DPP, it consistently stalls (becomes entirely unresponsive); it never quits; it just becomes unresponsive. I can't figure out how to download/install a new copy of DPP.

Hi wintersmith,
I suggest that you try to reinstall the software from our website. To get the latest version of DPP, let's start by going to
http://www.usa.canon.com/support
Enter your camera model in the prompt, select it from the options that load under the box, and then press ENTER on your keyboard. If the camera doesn't load, try deleting the characters and then type them again.
Download the DPP file, double click it to extract it, then run the installer on your desktop.
If issues persist, perhaps the issue is due to corrupted user permissions. Let's try to repair your HD permissions to see if that helps:
* Exit any open applications.
* Press CMD + Spacebar and type in DISK UTILITY in the Spotlight Search box.
* Click on the Mac HD on the left.
* Press the FIRST AID button and then confirm on the next window.

I can't download DPP because it isn't ready for MacOS 15.0.1?

I downloaded DPP, available for Mac OS 14 (Sonoma) and everything seems to be working now.
