Hello, Everybody.
Don't know, perhaps, this question was discussed, but I would like to solve my issue anyway and ask to help me ))
I get problem with DPP on my PC under Windows 7 - software show the message "Could not connect to server" when I try to add a lens data for DPP via internet. At the same time on my laptop under Windows 7 lens profiles downloaded correctly. I've tried to turn off any firewalls and antivirus, but get the same result.
And I've sent this question to Canon support, but they couldn't help me somehow.
Any ideas about solutions of this issue? Thanks ))
