Hello, I am new to photography and I am having some problems connecting my Rebel T3 to my MacBook Pro (Sonoma 14). I cannot download the EOS utility to transfer my photos. Can anyone assist?

As kv says, if all you want to do is download photos you can use Apple Image Capture (although I recommend you use a card reader).
If you want EOSU for other reasons, go to this website:
https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/eos-1d-x-mark-iii
Select macOS Big Sur and scroll down to EOS Utility 3.13.20. It will install EOSU3 and EOSU2.

You don't need EOS Utility. Just run ImageCapture and you can load directly into Photos.
