Hello
I have been downloading photos from my Canon EOS M10 to my Nokia 7.2 through the Canon Camera Connect app for nearly a year now. Since yesterday it has stopped working, I connect to the camera's WiFi and my Bluetooth is on, but 30 seconds after opening the Canon Camera Connect app the camera screens pops up with a message that say "disconnected" and I cannot access my photos from the phone.
How can I resolve this issue?
many thanks,
Rosie

It happens because Android is detecting a Wifi without internet access and automatically disconnect it after few seconds.
To avoid the issue you can connect both camera and Nokia Mobile to your home router wifi.
Somehow in the past I got a way to make my old Android 6 tablet working in a way to keep the connection despite being not able to access internet but since I got a new device a couple of years ago I am using the home router wifi method so honestly I cannot say if modern Android has still this option.
