Is this you with the 13.3in screen?

If so, this is going to come down to the size of your screen. You have the graphics performance (Intel 620), you have 16:9 aspect ratio, and a supported rez of 1920x1080.
I'll bet that DPP is unable to display its screen elements at your max rez on the 13.3 in screen.
Only other thing is if Acer has some kind of special graphics driver that's running to support, tablet or tent mode (example).
Please let me know if I'm correct after you speak to Canon.
