Greetings ,

We're happy to try and help you, but we're going to need some additional information. 🙂 Model of your camera and type of mobile device you're running Canon Connect on?  IOS, Android and the model of your device.  Are you logged in with your Canon ID.  Also, please provide the steps to reproduce the behavior. What is failing?
