My Laptop is DELL Latitude E7240 with Window 7 ,Windows is uptodate .
RAM is 16GB and I dont think there are any other issues .
I could do the wifi connection via my phone --> Android App also , however I am not able to connect my laptop to this phone via WIFI .
It does not get discovered at all .
Some times the eror is 61 , some times it is 68 .
I do have the EOS utility 3 and tried pairing software also but it simply does not discover
