.71 EF-RF Adapter firmware just missing?

I need to update the firmware on the RF mount adapter  0.71x....

When I click the link to get the firmware, I'm met with a...

"Sorry! The page you’re looking for can’t be found."

Any workarounds?  This is absurd.
