404 error on canon camera connect app

 Hi, I am constantly getting a 404 error message on my camera connect app when trying to sign in. I have given it 2 days and it still does not work. I have tried deleting the app, restarting my phone etc and it still comes up with this error message. Anyone know how to sort this? Thank you

I figured out that it was my vpn that was blocking it. I’ve turned it off and it all works fine now

Solved by disconnecting my VPN app on the iPhone, thanks to the community

As of April 1, 2025, Camera Connect Ver.3.4.0 requires a Canon ID login. You will need a Canon ID account to use it.
