Trying to capture the upcoming eclipse, what should i use to protect my camera?

Im aware how harmful capturing the eclipse is using a camera and the eyes but is there a Filter i could use on my rf 100-400 lens to capture the eclipse?

I just posted about this recently.  Check B&H for 67mm screw on Solar filters.  You can also use mylar filters which attach a little differently.  B&H has both.
