Can these two items be used together? Cotton harness and SpeediGimbal

Both need to use the tripod collar. Is there an item that would let me have two things attached to the tripod collar? Please be nice. I am disabled and trying to figure out a way that would let me use bigger lenses without killing my back. Thank you. Also suggestions welcome.

You could use a long camera plate to your lens foot and fix both to it but the Speedgimbal part is so big I don't think that would be comfortable(would stick into your chest or abdomen).
