I have an EOS R7 and currently have a kit lens (RF 18-150mm), an RF 100-400, and an RF 100mm L macro. The kit lens is a great walk around lens but when in search of bugs or more distant subjects…i carry the heavier lens.
Is a harness recommended and what features are key to buying the first without regrets. I currently have a second body (older EOS 20D) and likely will not lug that; however, i may eventually have a second.
thoughts?

Greetings,
Take a look at a Black Rapids Sports Breathe or a LowePro Pro-Tactic or Thinktank holster.
I have both BR and ProTactic depending on my needs or mood.
