Adapter to hardwiring R8 to iPhone

Hello!

What is the correct adapter to connect my R8's USB-C cable to my iPhone's lightning port? 

Although the wireless connection is great - my workflow requires a hardwire connection.

I purchased an adapter on Amazon and it didn't work.

Is there a specific one I should use?

Apple has a Camera Connection adapter, but I think all it does is allow image download.
