What are the files? Most every recording device that records digital video will have a folder hiearachy along with a set of files; even for just a single clip.
What software are you using to import the video? Typically the software knows how to find the individual files that make up the clips.

Thanks, I am using the same computer as always, also tried on another laptop. Same rig for the past few years.the file are MTS file, and about every 25 min it will make another file once it reaches 1,997,844 KB

That value is effectively 2 GB. It sounds like the card is thus formatted in FAT32 where files will either have a maximum file size of 2 or 4 GB. If formatted in exFAT, files can then be larger than 4 GB.
