VIXIA HF R800 audio issue. Wireless microphone not working

I have MOURIV MV-GMC201 2.4G Wireless Lavalier Microphone System which working fine with phone and other devices but not working with my VIXIA HF R800/ I has no idea why. The mic jack is 3.5 

Any suggestions

We are sorry that this microphone does not work.  It is not actually a Canon device though, and not tested or supported specifically for your camera.  We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you.

Is the jack plug a TRS or TRRS? If the latter this is why it works in a phone and not the camera. TRRS jacks in phones allow for the use of an inline volume control.
