VIXIA HF R800 audio issue. Wireless microphone not working

I have MOURIV MV-GMC201 2.4G Wireless Lavalier Microphone System which working fine with phone and other devices but not working with my VIXIA HF R800/ I has no idea why. The mic jack is 3.5 Any suggestions
