Am having this extra problem. It's been suggested (in another Board post) that one cannot use a MICRO SD card with an adapter in this unit. Which would have been good to know before I filmed a really important music event!
At any rate, I can play back on the camera's LCD screen just fine, audio and all. But when I tried taking the SD card out of the camera to transfer files that way, no audio! Video was crystal clear but no audio with it. Nor can I play it back on Windows Media Player. Same problem: no audio.
IS there a way to retrieve complete files at this point?? A way to, perhaps, transfer from the micro SD onto the internal memory? I've seen no evidence of it.
HELP!

I have a similar question. But I cannot see the .mp4 files at all. I can see the folder they are supposed to be in but they are not there, they are not hidden, and the card is not locked. In CameraWindow I am able to see the file but unable to import the files at all.
