I recorded a video on a canon camcorder. However, when playing at the video, it split in half. Is there a way to fix this?

Then the tool mentioned will not help. This looks like some sort of video corruption. Does it play back this way on the camera? Do other videos show this issue?
The colors look way off, too, unless the guy is supposed to be blue.

That's what I'm thinking that it was corrupted. The video was fine when recording but when playing it on the camera, mac, and pc, it doesn't play properly and the color was not like that originally. Can it be fixed? I tried using other softwares for corruption videos but it did not help.

I don't know, it is really hard to search the web for this, since you usually get hits on videos split in time.
The only thing I can think of is to get it into an NLE, chop it up into sections, save them, and see if reloading them helps.
