I just bought this camera and am using Mp4 and a memory card, because the software didn't recognize the camera to transfer from the internal memory.
My computer and Imovie both recognize the memory card. Yay!
BUT, the camera has divided my 3 hours into multiple files of about 29 minutes..
and when I import them into Imovie, THEY DO NOT MATCH UP!!!!!!
there is a missing frame or 2 in the person's comments!!
WHAT DO I DO ABOUT THIS???? You can see that I'm really frustrated.
This is an interview I was hired to record and got the new camera to get higher quality, but this is unacceptable.
Thanks!

Thanks -- I actually did contact support via email and was a bit dismayed at the lack of resolution for the problem, so thought other users might have ideas.
