R500 Only Captures Green

I have a brand new Vixia R500 that records all video or photos in a green tint. Worked fine first time at home. Now that I am on vacation, it's stopped capturing color correctly. Any ideas? We're in Santorini, so local help is non-existant. I didn't change any settings after original setup, so everything is on auto at this point.
