I open ImageMixer 3 SE Ver.6.0.1 and I see my list of albums.
I click on a video which is on my hard drive.
I click the Playback button (or double click on the thumbnail for the video.)
The player opens and it used to play the video but now it's a blank white window; the controls at the bottom of the window do nothing.
If I click View, Full Screen, I get a completely black display.
When I locate the same video in Windows Explorer and double click on it, it plays just fine.
These are all H.264 format files.
I uninstalled the Pixela programs, rebooted, reinstalled the programs and updated them, rebooted, but that didn't help.
Any ideas? Video driver and Windows updates are up to date.
Canon Vixia HFS21 camcorder.
Windows 7 Pro
Intel Core i7
12GB RAM
1TB HDD for C:
2TB HDD for data
Plenty of space available on both hard drives.

ImageMixer 3 SE is a program made by Pixela. Since Canon did not make it, we have no way of knowing what might be causing the issue or how to correct it. I recommend that you go to the support page for ImageMixer 3 SE on Pixela's website. Please click HERE.
