Optura 50 failure to capture

I have an Optura 50 but have been unable to capture for the last two years and wonder why because I have done it in the past using the same cord. Is there something I don't know about? I am using Pinnacle Studio

Thanks for posting!

It is likely that the Firewire cable you are using is to blame here.  Try using a different Firewire cable to connect.
